Included Furnishings: The home comes equipped with a dining table, 🛋️ sofa, 🛌🏼 built-in bed rack, wardrobe, bar counter, and a full bathroom with a shower 🚿, towel rack, and basin.
Appliances: It is designed to accommodate full-size appliances like a refrigerator and washing machine without compromising living space.

Solar Integration: The L2X is compatible with a powerful 13kW solar system. This system is designed to make the home "almost emission-free".
Energy Generation: A 13kW solar array can generate approximately 14,000 to 15,000 kWh of electricity per year, depending on sunlight conditions.
Excess Energy for Data Centres: After powering the home's appliances and systems, a significant surplus of clean energy is available. This energy can be stored in on-site battery systems. In a community setting, aggregated battery packs from multiple L2X homes can provide a reliable and clean source of emergency backup power for data centres, reducing their reliance on costly and polluting diesel generators, as highlighted by industry leaders like Elon Musk.
