The L2X is delivered fully furnished and finished, designed to be move-in ready from day one or if you value you belongings and want to move in your own furniture you can do that as well.

Included Furnishings: The home comes equipped with a dining table, 🛋️ sofa, 🛌🏼 built-in bed rack, wardrobe, bar counter, and a full bathroom with a shower 🚿, towel rack, and basin.
Appliances: It is designed to accommodate full-size appliances like a refrigerator and washing machine without compromising living space.
Finish & Design: The L2X is available in three distinct design packages that match the exterior to the interior:

Folksy: Inspired by classic American architecture, featuring light tones and a warm, lively atmosphere.

Energy Generation: A 13kW solar array can generate approximately 14,000 to 15,000 kWh of electricity per year, depending on sunlight conditions.
Excess Energy for Data Centres: After powering the home's appliances and systems, a significant surplus of clean energy is available. This energy can be stored in on-site battery systems. In a community setting, aggregated battery packs from multiple L2X homes can provide a reliable and clean source of emergency backup power for data centres, reducing their reliance on costly and polluting diesel generators, as highlighted by industry leaders like Elon Musk. This creates a high-margin B2B revenue stream while supporting the grid's stability and the transition to a fully electrified economy.

The Cube Two (C2) by Nestron is a fully furnished or not, two-bedroom apartment designed for modern living. Unlike our cube 1 standard one-bedroom, this smart home features two distinct bedrooms (or a bedroom plus a den), making it an ideal 2-bedroom rental for a small family, roommates, or a couple needing a home office. The open-concept layout includes a living room with a skylight dome, a kitchen with a bar counter, and a bathroom, all with premium finishes.
